I want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.
The standard
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What's in place
- Every text colour pair is checked for contrast, and the build fails if one drops below AA
- The site's built so you can use it with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Animations and the background video stop when your device is set to reduce motion, and there's a pause button
- Forms have labels, clear error messages and no time limits
- Calculator results are announced to screen readers when they change, and charts have the numbers in text beside them
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall on phones
Known gaps
- The Calendly booking calendar is a third-party tool. If it gives you trouble, call 250-231-3253 or use the contact form instead.
- No other known issues as of November 3, 2026.
