For realtors

Your buyers, looked after.

I know a deal that falls apart at subject removal costs you more than it costs anyone. Here's how I work so that doesn't happen.

What you get

Working with me

  • Quick first calls

Send me a buyer and I'll call them the same day. You'll know what they can buy before you book showings.

  • Updates you don't chase

With your buyer's OK, you'll hear from me at each milestone: file in, approval, conditions, instructions to the lawyer. No 'any news?' texts.

  • Problems flagged early

I flag problems early. Appraisal, income or down payment questions come up before subject day, not on it.

  • Local numbers

Trail shift work, Rossland suites, Salmo acreages, Nelson heritage homes. I know what lenders ask about here.

  • Help after close

Your clients get a yearly check-in and a heads-up before renewal.

  • Co-marketing, done right

First-time buyer content, market notes, joint events. Everything goes through both of our compliance reviews first.

Co-marketing is subject to both of our brokerages' rules and each regulator's advertising rules. Referral arrangements, if any, go through the brokerage and are disclosed to the client in writing.
